Please read these terms carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with GMX - Manual Therapy & Recovery, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

GMX - Manual Therapy & Recovery provides professional mobile therapy services designed to support wellbeing, mobility, and recovery.

Important:

These treatments do not substitute medical diagnosis or emergency care. If you have a serious medical concern, please consult a doctor.

2. Health & Safety

To ensure your safety, all clients must disclose relevant medical conditions before treatment begins. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Recent surgery
  • Fractures or trauma
  • Cancer diagnosis
  • Circulatory issues or blood clots
  • Pregnancy
  • Open wounds or infections
  • Active inflammation

* Any other condition that may influence treatment safety must be disclosed.

The therapist reserves the right to decline or stop a treatment if:

  • The client is unfit for therapy.
  • Treatment could cause harm to the client or therapist.
  • The client withheld vital medical information.

3. Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a deposit is required in advance.

  1. We agree on the date, time, and location.
  2. You receive my bank details for direct bank transfer or a secure payment link.
  3. Your session is confirmed only after the payment is completed.

Why a deposit is required in advance?

As a mobile therapist, every session involves:

  • Travel time to your location.
  • Professional preparation and equipment setup.
  • A time slot reserved exclusively for you.

Pre-payment guarantees your appointment and allows me to deliver a focused, uninterrupted experience.

4. Cancellation Policy

More than 24 hours notice

You may reschedule once, at no additional cost.

Less than 24 hours / No-show

The session fee is non-refundable.

This policy protects time allocated for travel and ensures fairness for other clients waiting for availability.

5. Travel & Environment

Appointments are provided at the client’s location. To ensure a successful treatment, the client must ensure:

  • Adequate space for the therapy setup (massage table).
  • A clean and safe environment.
  • Reasonable access to the property (parking/entry).
  • Clean towels suitable for treatment: 2 large towels + 1 medium-size towel.

Note: If the therapist cannot perform treatment due to inappropriate conditions or unsafe environments, the session is considered cancelled without refund.
